Overview

Utopia Home Care's Bridgeport branch offers skilled nursing and therapy services, as well as home health aide (HHA) and companion services for patients residing throughout the Bridgeport and Fairfield County service area. Our office staff cares for patients and families that have been admitted to St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport Hospital, Norwalk Hospital, and Stamford Hospital. Our liaisons, nursing and home health aide supervisors often meet with patients and their caregivers prior to being discharged from a hospital or facility setting to ensure that the patient experiences a safe and smooth transition of care. The Bridgeport office also has a program to service individuals and families in need of Developmental Disability Services (DDS).
